All postcards are mailed via Standard Mail service within 2 business days of purchase. Please allow 2 additional days for processing of any purchase made on weekends or government holidays. is not responsible for postcards delivered to incorrect addresses due to user input errors. is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Refund/Return Policy

Purchase of Credits: The purchase of in-app Credits (redeemed for postcards) is final and non-refundable. Once Credits are redeemed for postcards, those credits are non-returnable/non-refundable.
